My Background
Having studied Sports Massage Therapy at Level 3 and Level 4, my interest in the field led me to work at the International Tropical 7's Rugby Tour in Florida in 2018 to help as an Athletic Trainer. This included Pitchside First Aid and Massage to the Rugby players and teams from around the world. My studies also allowed me to work alongside a local Rugby Team on matchdays providing massage therapy to players pre and post event, also working at local Boxing events in the local area providing massage backstage to boxers.

I have worked in local businesses in the area such as P&G and EE to provide Massage wellness days as I believe this is a major part of everyday life keeping stresses and strains to a minimum.

I regularly massage at local sporting events such as the Great North Run for runners of the Children's Cancer charity NECCR (Now Children's Cancer North).

My work has led me to massage the cast of local theatre productions including "On your Feet" at Sunderland Empire and make up artists on Tour in Newcastle.
My Approach
My approach has always been to try and help heal people and provide relief from injuries or just everyday stresses through the medium of massage. I believe in feeling good and this starts on the inside and with your whole body wellness.

I have worked alongside professionals in a massage/physiotherapy clinic alongside my own practice and feel the knowledge and help from Physiotherapists enhances the massage experience I offer, ensuring all ailments for all clients are treated following a treatment plan to ensure results.
